I want to tell you something I almost didn't share, because it feels almost too simple. And honestly, I'm a little embarrassed it took me this long to try it.

Years of Pain, Fourteen Days of Truth

I've been struggling with inflammation and joint pain for a while now. My finger joints are the worst of it. Some mornings I wake up and they feel stiff, swollen, and angry before I've even had a chance to start my day. It spreads into my lower back and my feet too. That deep, dull achiness that just sits there underneath everything you do.

I've tried a lot. Supplements, healers, frequency devices, bodywork, anti-inflammatory protocols. Some of those things have helped. But I was still ending up in daily pain, with flares that would knock me down for days at a time.
